there are a couple things i dislike about being a mother.

# 2 on that list is cleaning the chair and floor after meals.

i do this at least 3 times a day.

i hate it.

sometimes i refuse to clean it.

it stays like this until i can't handle having little pieces of pasta stuck between my toes anymore.

disgusting, i know.

#1 is changing poopy diapers.

today i was lucky enough to get a smear of poo on my finger.

i decided to not to take a picture, you can thank me later.

dresser

saturday i bought a dresser from the DI for $45.00

last night i spent 4 hours refinishing it.

i got the glass knobs from a second hand store.

i love them.

now i need some curtains!

the waiting game.

how do you entertain yourself while waiting for dad to get home?

running behind.

3 months ago i decided i would run the salt lake city marathon.

i am running it on april 17th 2010.

i found a 36 week training schedule.

at first i almost died, then my body adjusted.

i ran my first 6 miles!

then i got sick, a horrible head cold & cough.

i stopped running for 4 weeks.

i was behind, big time.

2 weeks ago i started again.

tonight i ran 7 miles in 70 minutes

i am so amazed at my body.

i can now run with ease.

i don't lose my breath, but my legs sure ache.

i am still behind and have such a long way to go.

i am excited though.

i can't wait!

lights

saturday night we ventured out to see the christmas lights on temple square.

it was freezing.

the lights were pretty but we cruised through them,

i hate the cold.

emory insisted on getting out.

they held hands the whole time.

we then rushed home and devoured some indian food.

yum.

i love christmas.

i know nothing about it

i am excited to learn.

i am still shooting on automatic settings.

i need to take a class.

we are both sick today.

we are at home being lazy.
